The Gallura region

An exciting journey that reaches the northeast of the island.

Gallura is a sub-region of the historical and geographical Sardinia.

"Vegetation and breathtaking landscapes..."

The Gallura region extends itself on the north-east of the island and includes the most important and touristic locations such as San Teodoro, the Costa Smeralda,Santa Teresa Di Gallura and Badesi. Even the Maddalena Archipelago with its beautiful islands, is an integral part of Gallura region. But the Gallura is not only interesting for its beautiful beaches. The hinterland, in fact, is rich in vegetation and breathtaking landscapes and embellished by numerous villages like San Pantaleo or Sant'Antonio di Gallura immersed in unique landscapes. There are also numerous monuments, such as the tombs of the Giants in Arzachena, the Nuraghe Agnu in Calangianus and the millennial Olivastri in Luras.
