The Chef

Salvatore Camedda

Salvatore is Sardinian and loves his homeland. He was born in Cabras (Oristano) and after several experiences around the world, he decided to come back home to follow his dream: the opening of his own restaurant.

During his bright career he learned much, but the most formative experience was next to Giuliano Baldassarri, a visionary and creative chef who showed him a complete new way of cooking.
